Pinkicon 14 Days Exchange/Return Policy

 

Pinkicon provides customers with '14-days stocks guaranteed warranty' (from the date of receipt), customer can contact us within 14 days after receiving the product if he/she found problems about the products and needed to be changed.

Exchange / Return Procedures:

(1) The returned goods must be new condition and complete packaging

(During the return procedure, please make sure keep the merchandise, accessories, packaging, manufacturers’ carton and all accompanying documents or completeness of the information)

(2)Please Email or telephone customer service center to handle the return items.

(3) If customers received wrong products or quantity different from ordered, please notify us through email within 14 days, our customer service representative will audit your order details.  If proven to be our mistakes, we will arrange to change products ordered without any charges, any additional delivery charges or costs will be paid by us.

(4) If it’s quality problem, please take photos and send to our email within 14 days. Our customer service officer will arrange return the goods and to detect once problem confirmation.

(5) We will send the problem of goods to vendors authorized service center detection.

(6) The detection report came out, if the product quality problems are caused by non-human damage, we will arrange replacement or repair immediately.

(7) If the test result is a malfunction or failure caused by human factors, we will notify you, and consult your advice.

(8) Our customer service officer will informed you when the audit passed successfully.

(9) After confirm receipt of the returned goods, Pinkicon can offer exchange at once.

 

Return / Exchange Items

(1) We do not accept return/exchange any product that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.

(2) We do not accept return/exchange any product that has been opened or used. Also any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing packaging can’t accept return/exchange.

(3) We do not accept Cash refund, only offer original price in exchange for other goods or returned in the pre-deposit

(4) Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of style exchange.

(5) Pinkicon reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.
