Shopping and Ordering

 

 

1.      How do I place an order at Pinkicon ?

 

The process is quick and easy !

(1)   Sign in your Pinkicon account

-          Please use your pre-set password to login your Pinkicon account

-          If you are not a member, please sign up to become Pinkicon member when you reach “www.pinkicon.com” page. Or click “Sign Up Now!!”

-          We also provide a non-member shopping service.

-          However, we strongly recommend that you take a minute registered as Pinkicon members! You can enjoy our member rewards and promotions.

 

(2)   Add your selected items to the “Shopping Cart” .

-          Please make sure the ordered quantity is correct.

-          When you order contact lenses, you must fill the appropriate power range for each eye.

-          Completed all shopping, please click "go shopping cart" confirm the order.

-          When you are ready to complete check out, click the “Checkout” button to continue the payment process.

 

(3)   Order and Payment Confirmation

-          Once the order is successfully placed and paid, you should receive an email and sms with order confirmation number. If you can’t receive this email or sms after you made the payment, please contact us.

-          Orders will be delivered by a courier-type service. The shipping date of your order, i.e. the day your order leaves our warehouse, will depend on whether or not the items in your order are in stock, as well as warehouse processing times, scheduling of courier pick-ups and other similar factors.

-          Stocking time approximately one working day after payment confirmed.

-          Once the order delivered, you should receive an email and sms with “SHIPPED” notification and a tracking number for your reference.

-          To track your shipment, you can sign in using your “Pinkicon account” to check your order status.

 

2.      Inspection

Please pay attention to the following points:

-          When you collect the parcel, please check and make sure the packaging is intact. If damaged, please refuse to sign and return back the parcel. Also, please inform our customer service officer at the same time.

-          Also, please check the products with the order list personally when the courier delivered. If situation like product missing or damaged goods appears, please arrange return the entire order list and contact our customer service officer immediately.  

-          If there is gift present in the order, please return it with other products together. 

-          Please check the invoice carefully during inspection. If the invoice is inaccurate or missing, please contact our customer service officer immediately.
